About PM MITRA Parks
PM MITRA Park, Telangana—also known as Kakatiya Mega Textile Park—is a Mega Integrated Textile Park developed as a brownfield PM MITRA project. It is India’s first PM MITRA park with all common utilities, designed to support end-to-end textile manufacturing with world-class infrastructure, sustainable systems, and plug-and-play facilities for investors.

CIS – Competitive Incentive Support
- PM MITRA Park, Telangana receives ₹300 Crore under CIS, earmarked exclusively for manufacturing units located within the park.
- Eligible manufacturing units (not availing PLI benefits) can receive up to 3% turnover-based incentive. CIS incentives are applicable only to units established inside the PM MITRA Park boundary, as per SPV guidelines.
- CIS is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis until the ₹300 Crore fund is fully utilised.
