PM MITRA parks are designed as fully integrated ecosystems combining manufacturing, infrastructure, and social amenities. The parks integrate the full textile value chain along with ancillary industries such as chemicals, dyes, machinery, and accessories. Support infrastructure includes logistics, warehousing, testing labs, design centres, and skill development facilities, along with worker housing, healthcare, and social amenities to create walk-to-work ecosystems.

Shared utilities such as power, water, steam, CETP, and ZLD systems are provisioned to ensure operational efficiency and sustainability.
