शासन संरचना:
A strong institutional and implementation framework underpins the development of PM MITRA parks. The scheme is implemented by the Ministry of Textiles with a Project Approval Committee (PAC) chaired by the Secretary, Textiles. Each park is developed through a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), structured as a joint venture between the Centre and State Governments, with implementation through Public-Private Partnership (PPP) models or state-led execution.
The Centre provides Development Capital Support of up to ₹500 crore for greenfield parks and ₹200 crore for brownfield parks, along with Competitive Incentive Support for early investors.
